This project consists of an addition and remodel to the sanctuary of St. James Catholic Church at 1145 N.E. First St. in McMinnville.

Work includes minor demolition of existing structure and site demolition of existing walks, pavement and landscaping as required for the addition. New construction includes an entry vestibule, a seating area, a parking lot, minor grading and landscaping.

CSI divisions include site work, concrete, masonry, metals, wood and plastics, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.

Stained glass artwork will be furnished and installed by the owner and is not part of this contract.
