Pearl Family Housing

When completed, the unique, six-story the Pearl Family Housing project at 1350 N.W. Raleigh St. in Northwest Portland will feature 138 affordable apartments on the upper floors and an elementary school on the ground level. The construction process includes use of a panelization system in which walls are built first and then delivered in a bundle to a site. The project is being built by Walsh Construction from a design by Ankrom Moisan Associated Architects for Turtle Island Development.
