The Telegram Building in downtown Portland will soon have a new tenant. A law firm will be moving into the 8,600-square-foot fourth floor of the historic structure at the corner of Southwest Washington Street and 12th Avenue in mid-July. General contractor Bremik Construction Inc. is in charge of the renovation designed by Waterleaf Architecture.
