The Knoll

The Knoll at the corner of Southwest Hall Boulevard and Hunziker Street in Tigard will have 47 one- and two-bedroom apartments for seniors living on modest means. There will also be a community room and a library. LMC Construction is the general contractor and Carlton Hart Architecture the designer of the project for the nonprofit Community Partners for Affordable Housing. The project will be completed spring 2011.
