This project is open only to general contractors that are Veterans Integrated Service Network 20 Multiple Award Task Order Contract awardees. Work consists of renovating research laboratories at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center at 3710 S.W. U.S. Veterans Hospital Road in Portland.

Some wet labs will be converted to dry labs, a portion of stairs will be closed off to create expanded rooms and some rooms will be converted into offices, a copy room, and a conference room. Also included is renovating a peninsula lab counter for ADA clearance, constructing new entry locations for rooms and other work.

Constructions Specifications Institute divisions include demolition, firestopping, doors/hardware, carpeting, tile flooring, acoustical ceilings, gypsum board, window shades, counter tops, plumbing, and HVAC and electrical work.

The project will be complete within 180 calendar days
