Bid Date/Time: June 30, 2 p.m.

This project consists of expanding the Durham Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility in Tigard, including construction of a new building with washer-compactor and electrical rooms.

Work also includes replacing the grit cyclone and classifiers, bar screens, the NPW pump, flowmeter and strainer. Other work covers a sluice trough for screenings conveyance, HVAC, odor control and plumbing elements.

Selected roadways will be demolished. Gates, landscaping, signage and electrical elements also are part of the general construction.

The project is scheduled to be completed in 488 calendar days.
