The Meadow Waye Park Master Plan was unanimously approved by the Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District Board of Directors on Jan. 11. The park will be built at 13275 S.W. Davies Road in Beaverton, with access between Southwest Bluebell Lane and Southwest Davies Road.

The project consists of construction of Meadow Waye Park and related street improvements. The proposed development area is approximately 1.1 acres. Work generally includes demolition, grading, drainage, irrigation, planting, seeding, a soccer field, a pathway, parking fencing, site furnishings, and general park elements.

Contract Award is scheduled for Aug. 9 at the Board of Directors meeting, and construction will begin on or before Aug. 16. The anticipated completion date for the project is Dec. 31.
