This project consists of the interior renovation of an existing 5,996-square-foot building at 324 Jackson St. in Raymond, Wash., to house the Pacific County Senior Center.

The building, formerly a Lutheran church, was constructed between 1952 and 1954. It is one story and has a daylight basement. Pacific County purchased the facility, which will now be rented and operated by the Coastal Community Action Program. Meals will be served and activities will be offered for seniors.

Work includes the construction of a commercial kitchen, expansion of ADA accessibility, HVAC installations, electrical and plumbing upgrades, and construction of two new restrooms.
