Bid Date/Time: July 21, 2 p.m.

Antoinette Hatfield Hall in downtown Portland is a performing arts center with 127,000 square feet of floor space. The original, water-cooled, 295-ton chiller is in need of replacement. This bid is for demolition of the existing chiller, and for the design, construction, purchase of equipment and installation for the replacement.

The new chiller will be able to produce the required chilled water, as well as 125 F (minimum) condenser water for space heating during periods with low heating demand. The new equipment will be connected to the existing chilled water and condensing water circuits with provisions to allow for future use of condenser water for space heating.

Bids will be evaluated, and the award will be made on technical considerations and the least cost. Work will begin as soon as possible.
