The existing Camelot Theatre Company is in downtown area of the appropriately named town of Talent, only 10 minutes from Ashland. Performances take place year-round in the 99-seat theatre, which was originally a feed store.

This project consists of the construction of a new performing arts theatre next door to the old one. The new facility will be approximately 8,460 square feet and have 160 fixed seats and four wheelchair-seat bays. The theatre chairs are pre-owned seating units that will be supplied by the owner and installed by the general contractor.

Work includes sitework, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, thermal and moisture control, doors and windows, sheet flooring painting, toilet compartments, signage, appliances, miscellaneous specialties, blinds, metal building system, mechanical, electrical, and other work.
