Grays Harbor College, founded in 1930, is a community college in Aberdeen, Wash. The college sits on a 120-acre campus site overlooking the town of Aberdeen and its seaport on the edge of the Pacific Ocean. This project consists of remodeling the student area and adding to the entry of Building 100, a single-story, wood-framed structure.

The remodel is for a 1,572-square-foot area. The addition consists of providing a wood-deck, steel-framed covered entry and vestibule.

The estimated base cost of the project is between $320,000 and $350,000.
