The larger of the two buildings that make up the 192^nd Avenue Plaza mixed-use development at the corner of Southeast 192^nd Avenue and 20^th Street will house a UFC Gym. Retail businesses will fill the smaller building. The distinctive exteriors of the structures include the use of wood, glass and stone. Perlo Construction is the general contractor on the project, and Office OA LLC is the architect.
