Multnomah County’s Facilities and Property Management Division owns and operates 77 buildings throughout the metro area. The county endeavors to operate its facilities as efficiently as possible. With this goal in mind, the county is exploring opportunities to reduce its facilities’ operational footprints via energy conservation, water conservation, waste reduction and other measures.

The county would like to identify potential suppliers and energy service companies (ESCOs), as well as related services and projects able to increase efficiency in its facilities. The county requests information from firms that provide products or services that would result in direct savings or other ongoing, operational efficiencies. This information will be used to develop a scope of work for a formal solicitation, which may be issued within the next year.
