Outside In is a nonprofit organization in downtown Portland that helps improve the health of homeless youth and marginalized people as they move toward self-sufficiency. The organization’s building at 1132 S.W. 13th Ave. will soon have another 1,300 square feet of clinic space as well as remodeled halls. General contractor Fortis Construction Co. is doing the work from a design by Clark Kjos Architects.
