Now that the Rivermark Community Credit Union in Southeast Portland has a new building, a parking lot is being built on the site of the demolished structure. John Russell Concrete is performing the concrete work on the space for general contractor LMC Inc. Baysinger Partners is the architect for the project that should be completed in the middle of this month.
