A 3,000-square-foot space on Southwest Pacific Highway will become a Brake Team store. A tire store in the same commercial development is being remodeled after it yielded some space so that Southwest Greenberg Road could be widened as part of the Oregon Route 99W project for the city of Tigard, Washington County and the Oregon Department of Transportation. Joseph Hughes Construction is the general contractor and CIDA Inc. is the architect for the project.
