This project consists of a request for proposals from qualified firms for new construction and remodeling for Walla Walla (Wash.) High School, Lincoln Alternative High School and other potential projects such as a skills center. The scopes of services requested are: survey/analysis/consultative, preliminary design, final design, construction and procurement documents, and construction administration.

Qualification requirements include: recent experience in the planning and design of high school modernization and expansion projects; recent experience in the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction funding process; recent bidding experience in high school modernization and expansion projects, including a record of project cost estimating and change orders; a statement of design philosophy and the ability to translate educational specifications into construction documents; and references from a qualified bank, a bonding company and three clients.
