KMD Architects has a new home in downtown Portland. The firm is nearly finished moving into a 4,460-square-foot space on the fourth floor of the historic Lawrence Building at 308 S.W. First Ave. The remodeling work, on track to receive Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design gold certification, was performed by general contractor BnK Construction Inc. KMD Architects contributed the design.
