Pasco, in the Tri-Cities region of Washington state, is home to Columbia Basin College. Classes at the college began in September 1955, when they took place in temporary quarters at the Pasco naval base. The campus site is more than 150 acres. The college continually expands and renovates programs and structures to meet the community’s needs.

This project consists of the replacement of the student gazebo on the campus. Work includes selective structure demolition, pre-engineered shelters, concrete, unit masonry, metal fabrications, rough/finish carpentry, standing seam metal roofing, painting, earthwork, concrete paving and other work.

The estimated base bid cost range is $130,000 to $150,000. The project shall be completed in 60 calendar days.
