This project consists of interior and exterior preparation and painting of city-owned buildings in Salem. The contractor must be experienced in all aspects of restoration, preparation and surface painting found in commercial, residential and historical buildings.

Work may require preparation and refinishing of woodwork, doors, steel railings, concrete and other surfaces. Examples of buildings include, but are not limited to: City Hall, library, fire stations, parkades, shop buildings, the Bush House and the Deepwood House.

This is a nonexclusive, one-year annual contract with service provided routinely throughout the year. This contract shall commence at contract execution and continue until June 30, 2011, and the city may elect to extend the contract for four additional one-year periods.
