This project consists of a Lifestyle remodel of the Safeway store at 5920 N.E. Martin Luther King Blvd. Bids will be accepted only from pre-selected general contractors, electrical contractors and roofing contractors.

Work consists of general construction, demolition, plumbing, automatic fire sprinkler, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, interior decor and other work.

The project is scheduled be substantially completed after 69 consecutive days.
