Columbia Park is in Bend, along the western edge of the Deschutes River. The park has two distinct shelves that step down to the river and a pedestrian bridge that connects to the river trail that runs north and south along the eastern edge of the river. The site contains a horseshoe pit and a playground.

This project consists of construction of paved and unpaved trails, earthwork, concrete flatwork and curbs, ornamental and chain-link fencing, and riparian naturalization. Work includes clearing and grubbing, tree protection runoff protection, sub-grade preparation, aggregate base, drain-rock base, compaction, geotextile placement, porous asphalt pavement, watering, form work, concrete placement and finishing, and other minor work.

Project completion is scheduled for April 15, 2011.
