Work excluded from the project is utility relocation and National Park Service supplemental planting.
The construction contract will require at least 15 percent apprentice labor hours. Voluntary diversity goals for this project are: 10 percent minority participation and 6 percent women participation.
The estimated cost range for a base bid is $1.1 million to $1.2 million.
