The Douglas County Parks Department is responsible for the management and maintenance of 3,338 acres of park land, including 2,832 acres that are developed. Facilities vary from the highly maintained and utilized River Forks Park to the undeveloped timber lands held in trust for future recreation.

This project consists of the remodel of a maintenance facility at 6536 Highway 99 in Winchester. Work includes selective structure demolition, concrete formwork, concrete reinforcement, insulation, joint protection, metal fabrications, hollow metal doors and frames, sectional metal overhead doors, fiberglass windows, finish hardware, drywall, painting, metal building system, mechanical, electrical, clearing and grubbing, earthwork and other work.

The work shall be substantially completed within 90 calendar days.
