Roosevelt Hotel exterior upgraded

The exterior of the historic Roosevelt Hotel in downtown Portland is getting an upgrade. Terra cotta is being restored and cornices are being replaced on the 90-year-old building at the corner of Southwest Salmon Street and Ninth Avenue. Also, new windows are being installed and the brick is being cleaned. Western Waterproofing Co. is in charge of the renovation.
