Maaske Hall is near the center of Western Oregon University’s campus in Monmouth, across the way from the Hamersly Library. In the 1950s it began serving as a residence hall. From the late 1980s through 2006, it served as residential space for the Oregon police academy. From 2006 until 2008, Maaske housed various academic departments. Since 2008, Maaske has again served as a residence hall.

This project consists of remodeling the second and third floors, providing modifications to existing restrooms, refurbishing finishes and upgrading the HVAC system to provide limited cooling. The work encompasses approximately 13,500 square feet.

Potential bidders must be on the Oregon University System’s Construction Services contractor retainer list.
