This project consists of the construction of a new cafeteria and demolition of buildings Nos. 1319 (dormitory) and 1404 (dining hall) at the Wolf Creek (Job Corps) Civilian Center in Glide.

The new cafeteria building will be approximately 8,000 square feet. It will be constructed with a concrete foundation system, CMU exterior walls, a storefront window system and structurally insulated roof panels with a metal roof. All new kitchen equipment, walk-in freezer and coolers, and scullery equipment are to be provided and installed as part of the construction services. Work also includes miscellaneous site improvements such as general landscaping, drainage, connection to all utility lines and site/security lighting.

The two buildings that are to be demolished are single-story and wood-framed, with concrete foundations. Both buildings were built in 1965 and contain asbestos materials. Demolition work includes locating and capping all existing utility lines, removing sidewalks, and preparing the site.

Estimated cost of the project is from $1 million to $5 million. Work will be completed in 508 calendar days.
