The St. Johns neighborhood in North Portland will soon have a Grocery Outlet store at the site of a former automobile dealership. The building at 7747 N. Lombard St. has been renovated and an addition was constructed to create a total of 13,500 square feet of space. The grand opening is set for Jan. 20. Western Construction Services is the general contractor and Brett Schulz, architect is the designer of the project.
