The ground-level space in the Pittock Building at the corner of Southwest Washington Street and 10th Avenue will soon have a new tenant. Woonwinkel, a modern home furnishings company that features the work of North American and European designers, will occupy the 1,500-square-foot space in downtown Portland. Skyline Interiors Inc. is the general contractor renovating the space.
