Goldendale is near the geographic center of Klickitat County in Washington, and is now the largest city in the county, as well as the county seat. Goldendale’s public works department continues to meet the needs of the growing, thriving community.

This project consists of a request for statements of qualifications and performance information from engineering and consulting firms interested in providing professional services for the 2011 calendar year. The city anticipates requiring services for projects such as street reconstruction, water pipeline replacement, water reservoir replacement, sanitary and storm sewer replacement, environmental compliance, easement acquisition, architectural services, facilities plans, and outside funding application preparation for various agencies.

One or more firms will be selected for an interview based upon qualifications of key personnel, relevant experience as demonstrated on previous projects, previous performance, expressed interest in the project, and Washington State Certified Minority and Women’s Business Enterprise participation.
