Bid Date/Time: Jan. 28, 4 p.m.

This project consists of remodeling existing buildings F and G at the Springs at Clackamas Woods in Milwaukie. Work includes selective demolition, new interior and exterior finishes, exterior doors and frames, cabinetry, exterior concrete and landscaping. Revisions to the electrical systems, lighting, fire sprinkler system and plumbing will be performed by design-build subcontractors.

Each building has approximately 8,805 square feet of space, and only one building at a time will be available for work. The buildings will be unoccupied during construction. There will be approximately two months between projects. Construction on Building G will begin March 28 and finish in May. Construction on Building F will begin Aug. 1 and finish in September.
