Erickson Creek at Farmington Road – Menlo Drive Natural Area

This project, which was included in the Nature in the Neighborhoods Metro bond measure approved in 2006, consists of constructing a green space natural area in a neighborhood setting along Erickson Creek at the southeast corner of Farmington Road and Menlo Drive.
This project is divided into schedules A, B, and C. Work includes excavation, storm pipe replacement, fire hydrant relocation, sanitary pipe removal, driveway and sidewalk removal, foundation stabilization, erosion control matting, aggregate, HMAC, fencing, path lighting, seeding, river rock, shrubs, trees, wetland plants, boulders, irrigation trench/pipe/sprinklers, sewer pipe, and other work.
The project cost range is from $425,000 to $475,000.
