This project consists of the construction of a five-story building over one level of underground parking. The overall project is 71,972 gross square feet, including 47,532 gross square feet of office space on the top four floors.

Phase 1 consists of the construction of a one-story building over one level of underground parking and consists of 20,365 gross square feet of structured parking and 2,241 gross square feet of first-floor retail space.

Work Package No. 1-1 for structural concrete includes, but is not limited to: providing all necessary materials, equipment and labor to complete cast-in-place concrete, concrete formwork, and concrete reinforcing work. Work includes footings, slab on grade, concrete shear walls and basement walls, concrete columns and beams, elevator pit and sump, steel system reinforcement, fine-grade work at building pad, under-slab vapor barriers, and other work.

Bid Package No. 1-2 includes furnishing and installing the complete vertical and horizontal water-tight waterproofing assemblies, including flexible flashings and protection board; waterproofing all subgrade penetrations, including pipes, structural penetrations, etc., and other work. Alternate No. 1 involves furnishing and installing leak detection at fluid-applied waterproofing.
