This bid is for provision of all materials, labor and equipment necessary to perform fence repair along Interstate 84 in the Baker Valley.

Work consists of reconstructing existing fence by removing all wire clips and stays, straightening and repairing woven wire and barbed wire along the run, straightening and replacing damaged posts, stretching new wire and clipping it to existing posts with new clips at the proper height, replacing stays at two per post, and repairing existing braces.

This bid is restricted to qualified contractors who have been certified by the state as “Emerging Small Businesses” per the guidelines of the Oregon Office of Minority, Women and Emerging Small Business. Only bids from certified ESB firms will be considered for award of this contract.

All work for this project must be completed by May 2.
