This project consists of upgrades to Franklin High, Leschi Elementary and Montlake Elementary schools in Seattle.

Upgrades at Franklin include fire alarm panel, emergency lighting, stage drapes, flooring, lighting and sound system upgrades. Upgrades at Leschi include heat pumps, mechanical, carpet and shades. Upgrades at Montlake include library work and portable sinks and electrical outlets.

Substantial completion of the project is scheduled for Aug. 12, 2012, and the cost range is $800,000 to $1 million.
