The Restack project is for commercial tenant improvements on multiple floors of an existing mid-rise office building presently occupied by tenants in Vancouver, Wash.

Work includes the build-out of unimproved, enclosed space on the first floor, and various levels of improvement on at least three other floors (or four, if including applicable alternate). Work requires coordination of furniture alternations and certain low-voltage wiring. Work also includes mechanical, electrical (including AV and access systems), plumbing, metal-stud framing, drywall and installation of other related building systems.

Work under this contract will be fully completed within 185 calendar days.
