This project consists of removal of the existing Traffic Management Operations Center video wall located in the ODOT Flanders Building in Portland and installation of new equipment.

Work consists of installation of a projection cube and related cable, racks, input and output nodes and monitors purchased by the Oregon Department of Transportation. The existing cabinetry will be used to support the video cubes. Location of the video processor will need to be determined in advance to ensure capacity through firewalls for wiring, etc. All wire runs will be in the ceiling space.

Training will need to be provided for minor maintenance of the system as well as user software. Installation of software on system servers or other components will need approval from ODOT officials.

Equipment must be delivered within 30 days of the notice to proceed, and all installation work must be completed before June 30. Removal of existing equipment and installation of new equipment must be done with minimal disruption to the 24/7 work center.
