This is a public works project for Spokane County in Eastern Washington.

Work involves construction of approximately 11,677 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer pipe; 132 side sewer connections and 39 manholes; removal and replacement of cement concrete curb and gutter; hot-mix asphalt and temporary pavement marking; trench excavation safety system; seeding, fertilizing and mulching; and other associated work.

Some of the money for the project is coming from the Centennial Clean Water Fund program of the Washington State Department of Ecology.
