This project consists of the improvement of a portion of Old Milton Highway in Walla Walla County in Washington.

Work includes removal of existing concrete and asphalt pavement; realignment and grade work for the existing road; placement of crushed surfacing, HMA paving, construction of a concrete retaining wall, and other work. Bid items also include geotextile, terra seeding, sod, traffic control, manholes and quarry spalls.

Construction is scheduled to begin in June and finish in September. The project cost estimate is $1.55 million.
