Bid Date/Time: April 5, 2 p.m.

This project consists of demolition and reconstruction of major walls within Milwaukie Elementary School for seismic safety reasons. This will require shoring hallway walls, removing walls and constructing new walls. Alternate pricing is requested for areas to make the most of state money.

The intent to award is scheduled for April 21 and the project must be finished by Sept. 2.
