This project consists of improvements to the wastewater treatment plant in Lincoln City.

Work includes construction of alkalinity addition facilities, a pile-supported filtration/UV building with a disk filter system, a UV disinfection system, a water pump station, electrical and control systems, a lavatory, a thickener building with a sludge thickener system, a digester air blower system, and other work. Also, the project includes demolition of original plant components no longer needed.

The project will be substantially completed in 545 calendar days.
