This project consists of classroom renovations and HVAC upgrades for Weniger Hall at 103 S.W. Memorial Place in Corvallis.

Work includes replacement of some classroom ceilings, painting of new and existing finishes, replacement of existing seating, replacement of existing lighting fixtures, upgrades for classroom accessibility and addition of cooling features to some classrooms.

The date for access to the project site to begin construction is June 15, and the project will be substantially completed by Sept. 9.
