This project consists of the replacement of existing wood columns at the circa 1920 pavilion in the Champoeg State Heritage Area in Marion County.

Work includes removal and disposal of existing creosoted telephone pole columns, wood capital and base trim, and beveled concrete tops of bases; removal of unsound stucco and reapplication of new stucco; replacement of trim boards; painting; replacement of rotted wood beams; and other work.

The estimated cost for the project is from $55,000 to $63,000. Final completion is scheduled for July 7.
