This project consists of construction of sanitary sewers in the Flora area – north of Cowley, south of Interstate 90 and west of Barker Road, with some work on Alki east of Barker Road in Washington’s Spokane County.

Work includes approximately 6,485 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer pipe and 8,153 linear feet of 12-inch gravity sewer pipe; 202 side sewer connections; 46 manholes; concrete cutting; appurtenances; street and property restoration; and other related work.

The project is funded in part by the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Centennial Clean Water program.
