This project consists of providing reroofing and maintenance systems services at the Marion Center Offices in Salem at 2611 Pringle Road S.E. Work includes roof repairs and the installation of a roof maintenance system and a reroofing area with tear-off, tapered insulation and an SBS roof system.

Manufacturers with projects in Oregon with 20 years of verifiable service and availability for inspection are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting in order to submit products for approval. Substantial completion is scheduled for May 27.
