Additions and remodeling are under construction at Mason General Hospital, at 901 Mountain View Drive in Shelton, Wash. Patient rooms and public corridors will be remodeled, a new surgery wing and outpatient lobby will be built, building systems will be upgraded and other work will occur.

This project consists of bid package MGH-2.A (mechanical and controls), bid package MGH-2.B (HVAC systems), bid package MGH-2.C (electrical) and bid package MGH-2.D (fire sprinkler systems).

Subcontractors shall verify that their lower-tier contractors, if any, are properly licensed with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries before allowing them to start work on the project.
