This project consists of the remodel of Suite 316 in Building 1 at the Adventist Medical Center located at 10000 S.E. Main St. in Portland.

Work includes soft demolition; casework, counters and millwork; insulation; sealants; fire caulking and protection; doors, frames, relights and hardware; metal stud and GWB wall; ceiling systems; ACT systems; resilient flooring and carpet; painting and wall covering; specialties; plumbing and HVAC; controls; electrical; nurse call; fire alarm; communications and data; and other work.

Prequalification is not required, but it is requested and greatly appreciated.
