The city of Milwaukie is planning to replace its existing Tadiran Coral 3 Private Branch Exchange (PBX) system that has reached the end of its useful life. The city is familiar with the technology options and conventional business models for a voice replacement system; however, this procurement seeks a replacement Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system that will meet all of the city鈥檚 present and future requirements.

Finalists will be selected on April 25 and a final recommendation will be made to City Council on May 2. The contract will be awarded on May 17 and system implementation is scheduled for July 30.
