RFP: Architectural and Engineering Services for Air Traffic Control Tower

This project consists of a request for written proposals from consultants to provide complete architectural and engineering professional services relating to planning, design and construction of a specialized aircraft traffic control tower for the Aurora Airport.
Consultant firms that submit proposals must be licensed to provide the required professional services and registered to practice in the state of Oregon. Firms also must have experience in the design and engineering of an air traffic control tower to be considered for contract award.
The fixed limit for construction and engineering/planning services is $2.7 million.
