This project consists of exterior repairs to five existing Clark College buildings at 1933 Fort Vancouver Way in Vancouver, Wash. Work includes selective demolition, glass masonry, joint sealants, flashings, exterior paint, masonry water repellant, and other items. All work under the base bid (including trench excavation safety provisions) will be completed 64 calendar days after the date of the notice to proceed.
